Loews Regency New York Hotel

With a central location in a vibrant area of the city, this hotel was perfect for our nights out in NYC. It was conveniently close to popular tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff provided excellent service and were always available to assist us. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options were delicious and there were plenty of facilities available for our convenience. The view from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience.

The bedding was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Well-kept hotel, clean, employees are extraordinarily friendly, and location is exceptional close to everything yet far enough away from the chaos. It's worth staying here and exploring Manhattan district.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful bathrooms. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and attractions.

The menu at the hotel restaurant could have been more varied, and the options felt limited. the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, slightly disruptive to our stay.

Warm welcome, upgraded room, great view, comfortable bed, really good service, late checkout.

Bathroom not renovated. Shower head was leaking: it took two days for the hotel to fix it, no internal soundproofing so a lot of noise (door slamming, noise from the neighboring bathrooms).

We enjoyed everything...! . Really very good hotel, we'll definitely stay there on the next trip.

We would have liked a coffee machine in the room, that's the little thing that's missing from the hotel. Air conditioning/heating a little too noisy (but in winter we can do without it, rooms are well insulated and duvet is enough).

My recent stay at Loews was fantastic. The room was super clean and the bathroom was a decent size. Room service was quick and delicious, even at 3am when I had jet lag. The staff was great, especially Christopher were really good to ensure my family had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel also offered gluten-free options, a bonus for me. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect!. Special mention to Doorman Billy who took care of us logistically with efficiency and a smile... Nice restaurant and bar.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was centrally located and close to everything. It was convenient to get to Broadway and Madison Avenue for shopping. The hotel felt okay all time, located on Park Ave. We enjoyed the happy hour that was available daily and appreciated the room service and concierge services. The snacks in the room and mini bar were a nice touch. The bellmen, especially Isaac, were fantastic and the entire staff was helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in NYC, with easy access to shopping areas on Madison & 5th Ave, the park, and the subway at Lexington. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, with luxurious bathrooms. The service is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff at every level. Breakfast in the restaurant is consistently delicious and the lobby bar is always buzzing. The hotel also offers great facilities and advantages, such as a well-equipped gym and locker rooms.

Checking-out can be a hassle.

The face towels in our room were placed on a dirty tray on top of a dirty toilet tank, and several surfaces in the room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were impressive. the Spa and Wellness Center, with its sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room, was wonderfully relaxing. the massage was excellent and left me feeling rejuvenated. the room, with its exclusive advantages, was immaculate and comfortable. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding. the service was top-notch at every turn, with every need promptly fulfilled.

The only drawback was the minor issue of a slight delay at check-in due to a staff shortage. this was quickly rectified with an apology from the staff.

The location on Park Avenue was perfect for exploring the city. The spacious and immaculate room made us feel right at home. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome. We can't wait to return in December for another great experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, reception, concierge, bell desk, and doorman were all friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Room service was a good experience.
